IBS-20 inhibited the cytokine expression/release from BMDMs stimulated with inflammatory mediators. BMDMs were treated with LPS (10 ng/mL), IFNγ (10 ng/mL), or both in the presence or absence of IBS-20 extracts (0.1 mg/mL).
