Effects of IBS-20 on cytokine secretion of JAWS II cells. Cells were treated with IBS-20 extracts (0.1 mg/mL) in the presence or absence of LPS (2 ng/mL) and the cell-free supernatants were collected after 24-hour treatment. Cytokine secretion of IL-1β, IL-6, and TNFα was determined by Luminex Assay. * versus respective vehicle or IBS-20; ϕ versus IBS-20.
