Inhibitory effects of Coptis chinensis (Huang Lian, HL) on the cytokine secretion of JAWS II cells. Cells were treated with Coptis chinensis extracts (20 μg/mL) in the presence or absence of LPS (2 ng/mL) and the cell-free supernatants were collected after 24-hour treatment.
