Inhibition of procoagulant activity. Fixed dose of E. c. sochureki venom (75 μg) was preincubated with variable concentration of the extract at 37°C for 30 min. Then, 100 μL of the mixture was added to 200 μL of citrated human plasma and the coagulation time was determined.
