NF- B and AP-1 expressions in TCE-induced transcriptional inhibition of Huh7 cells. Huh7 cells were treated with TCE 25 and 100  g/mL for 24 h and then the nuclear fraction was prepared as described in Section 2. Levels of NF- B (a), I B (b), c-fos, and c-Jun (c) in the nucleus were immunodetected with NF- B-, I B-, c-fos-, and c-Jun-specific antibodies, respectively. Representative results of NF- B, I B, c-fos, and c-Jun protein levels determined by western blot analysis. The values represented the means SD of at least three independent experiments. * as compared with the vehicle group.
