NF-𝜅B and AP-1 expressions in TCE-induced transcriptional inhibition of Huh7 cells. Huh7 cells were treated with TCE 25 and 100 𝜇g/mL for 24 h and then the nuclear fraction was prepared as described in Section 2. Levels of NF-𝜅B (a), I𝜅B (b), c-fos, and c-Jun (c) in the nucleus were immunodetected with NF-𝜅B-, I𝜅B-, c-fos-, and c-Jun-specific antibodies, respectively. Representative results of NF-𝜅B, I𝜅B, c-fos, and c-Jun protein levels determined by western blot analysis. The values represented the means ± SD of at least three independent experiments. *𝑃<0.05 as compared with the vehicle group.
