(a) The percentage of TRPV1-positive neurons from lumbar DRGs that belonged to corresponding cell area was presented. At day 4, TRPV1-positive neurons were dominantly observed in small neurons (cell area < 800 μm2). The percentage of TRPV1-positive neurons were significantly increased with carrageenan and CFA treatment and further reduced with EA manipulation ().
