CFA-injected rats treated with MG132 showed significant antinociception characterized by a higher PWL, compared with CFA-injected rats. In addition, CFA-injected rats cotreated with EA and MG132 showed a similar PWL, as with controls. Each point of PWL indicates the mean ± SEM (n = 6).
