Inhibitions of the platelet activation markers, PAC1 and CD62P are shown in percent compared with vehicle control. The agonist is ADP in 0.5 μM and 20.0 μM, and TRAP in 1.0 μM and 5.0 μM. Extracts are tested in 0.1 mg/mL end concentrations.
