Effect of glycyrrhizin derivatives (compounds 1–3) on the proliferation of the mouse macrophage RAW264.7 cell growth. The cells were added the indicated concentrations of each compound and incubated for 24 h, and the rate of cultured cell growth inhibition was determined by MTT assay [25]. Cell growth inhibition of the cells in the absence of the compound was taken as 100%. Data are shown as the mean ± SE ().
