Effect of the AAM on hypertonic stress-induced increase in AQP2 trafficking. mIMCD-3 cells were pretreated with the AAM (1–10 μg/mL) for 30 min and then cultured in medium supplemented with 175 mM NaCl for 1 h. The membrane fractions were extracted, and protein levels were determined by western blot analysis.
