Effects of gallic acid on intracellular Ca2+ concentration of platelets measured by flow cytometry. Gallic acid at a concentration of 100 μM and 500 μM inhibited the intracellular Ca2+ rise, which were stimulated by (a) ADP (10 μM) and (b) U46619 (2 μM).
