Effect of MAA on nuclear alterations in Ca Ski cells. Cells were incubated without or with 60 μM and 80 μM of MAA for 24 h. Cells were stained with DAPI and visualized by fluorescence microscopy. The arrows indicate nuclear shrinkage, condensation, or fragmentation with 100x magnification.
