Effect of MAA on externalization of PS in Ca Ski cells. Cells were treated with 60 μM of MAA for different time points. At 24 h of treatment, cells were treated with increasing concentration of MAA. At each time point, cells were collected and double stained with Annexin V-FITC and PI as described in Section 2.
