Cells were treated with the cold water extract of sclerotia of L. rhinocerus (LR-CW) as well as the two fractions isolated from LR-CW. MCF-7 and A549 are human breast and lung cancer cells, respectively, whereas 184B5 and NL20 are normal human breast and lung cells, respectively. Treatment time was 72 hr.
