Microscopic analysis of U87 cells (a, b, c, d, e, f) and mouse splenocytes (g, h, i). (a) Untreated U87 cells; (b, c) U87 cells were treated with 100 μM/L jaceosidin for 24 h and 48 h, respectively, and morphological changes were assessed by phase contrast microscopy.
