Effect of AKH extract on plasma level of IgE and histamine in house dust mite-induced AD in NC/Nga mice.The level of IgE and histamine were measured in plasma samples from untreated (Cont), Biostir-AD plus vehicle-treated (Biostir), Biostir-AD plus Protopic-treated (Protopic), and Biostir-AD plus AKH extract-treated (AKH) mice. The plasma concentrations of IgE (a) and histamine (b) were measured by ELISA.
