Effects of various inhibitors on the proliferation and cytokine expression in hADSCs. hADSCs were pretreated with the indicated concentrations of MAPK inhibitors (PD98059, SB203580, SP600125) or NF-κB inhibitor (PDTC) for 3 h and then further incubated in the presence of 2,000 ppm EBNE.
