Effects of MCME on migration-related proteins in CL1-0 and CL1-5 cells. (a) Cells were collected at the indicated time points after treatment with 1.25 mg/mL MCME. Time-dependent effects of MCME on the protein expression level of PI3K, Akt, Wnt-2, GSK-3β, phosphorylated GSK-3β, β-catenin, and vimentin in CL1-0 and CL1-5 cells were evaluated by western blot. (b) The protein expression levels were normalized to β-actin and expressed as the fold-change to the respective control.
