Effect of ASMq, Extr-1, Extr-2, Extr-3, and Extr-4 on the viability of HL-60 cells. Cells were seeded in 12-well plates, grown for 24 h and then treated with 100 μg/mL and 250 μg/mL ASMq, Extr-1, Extr-2, Extr-3, and Extr-4. After 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h cell viability was assessed by tryptan blue exclusion method. Data represent the percentage of control value and are expressed as mean ± SD of triplicate cultures. *, as compared to control cells.
