Anti-Inflammatory Effects of Bangpungtongsung-San, a Traditional Herbal Prescription

Figure 5

Effects of BPTS on the phosphorylation of MAPKs (ERK, JNK, and p38) in the LPS-induced Raw 264.7 cells. Cells were treated with indicated concentrations of BPTS for 1 h and induced with 1 μg/mL LPS for 15 min. Equal amounts of cell extracts were analyzed by western blot analysis with antiphosphokinase antibodies, respectively. Western blot detection of nonphosphorylated kinases was estimated with the protein loading control for each lane. The blots shown are representative of three blots yielding similar results. Data represent the mean ± S.D. from three separate experiments. ##P < 0.01 and ###P < 0.001 indicate significant differences from the LPS-induced group.
