Effects of PCME on fibrinogen binding to integrin in ADP-activated platelets.Washed platelets were pretreated with PCME at 10 and 20 g/mL, and then stimulated with ADP (10 M) in Alexa Fluor 488-human fibrinogen (20 g/mL) for 5 min, fixed with 0.5% paraformaldehyde at 4°C for 30 min.
