Tanshinone IIA Inhibits Growth of Keratinocytes through Cell Cycle Arrest and Apoptosis: Underlying Treatment Mechanism of Psoriasis

Effects of tanshinone IIA on cell viability of mouse keratinocytes. Dose- and time-dependent growth inhibition was observed at concentrations ranging from 1.0 to 10.0 μg/mL. Results are expressed as a percentage of the control (100%) and represent the mean ± SD of independent experiments performed at least in triplicate.
