Effects of Ac-DEVD-CHO on tanshinone IIA-induced apoptosis in keratinocytes. Apoptosis was determined by Apo-BrdU staining. Ac-DEVD-CHO attenuated tanshinone IIA-induced apoptosis, indicating that tanshinone IIA causes apoptosis by a caspase-dependent pathway.
