SK-Hep1 cells were treated with WKRG (0, 100, 200, and 400 μg/mL) for 24 h, and cell lysates were subjected to SDS-PAGE followed by Western blotting. Levels of these proteins were subsequently quantified by densitometric analyses, with the control set to 100%.
