Evaluation of Chinese-Herbal-Medicine-Induced Herb-Drug Interactions: Focusing on Organic Anion Transporter 1

<table>Cytotoxicity of (a) GZ, (b) LW, (c) CW, (d) CC, (e) CP, (f) HC, (g) LT, (h) HQ, and (i) HL on control MDCK II cells (open circle) and MDCK/hOAT1 cells (close circle). Both kinds of cells were seeded in 96-well plate and cultured for 48 hr. CHM extracts at 5, 50, and 500 <i>μ</i>g/mL were added into each well and cultured for another 48 hr. Cell viability was evaluated by MTT assay.
