Analysis of combination effects of FWGE with cisplatin or 5-Fu in human HCC cells. Cell viability of FWGE treated cells with cisplain or 5-Fu for 72 hr were determined by MTT assay. Combination index (CI) was obtained by using Calcusyn software. CI < 1 indicated a synergistic effect, CI = 1 indicated an additive effect, and CI > 1 indicated an antagonistic effect.
