Herb 2 and herb 4 are assumed as shared herbs of 𝐹₁ and 𝐹₂. Weight of each herb is shown in this table. So CD of 𝐹₁ and 𝐹₂ is calculated as CD_{(𝐹1,𝐹2)} = (0.8+1)/2+(0.4+0.75)/2 = 1.475. Then CD_{(𝐹1,𝐹2)} was divided by 7.5 to 0.197 for normalization.
