100 μM S-[6]-gingerol is not toxic to HuH-7 cells. HuH-7 cells were exposed to S-[6]-gingerol (G) at different concentrations (50 μM, 100 μM, and 200 μM) for 24 hours, and cell viability was determined using the CellTiter-Blue cell viability assay. Results are expressed as mean SEM of 3 independent experiments, relative to DMSO vehicle control. versus DMSO vehicle control.
