Effect of ugonin J on the growth of MCF-7 orthotopic tumor model. (a) SCID mice bearing MCF-7 orthotopic tumor were administrated weekly once with Doxorubicin (12 mg/kg) or ugonin J (50 mg/kg). Each group used 6 mice. The tumor volumes of SCID mice were measured weekly when the treatment began.
