The effect of LY294002 and L-NAME on TSD medicated serum induced NO production in HUVECs. Cells were treated with 10% blank serum or 10% TSD medicated serum for 24 h in presence of LY294002 or L-NAME or not; the production of NO was determined by measuring the stable end product of NO, NO²⁻, and NO³⁻.
