RAW264.7 cells (1 × 10⁶ cells/mL) or peritoneal macrophages (2 × 10⁶ cells/mL) were treated with LPS (1 𝜇g/mL), poly(I : C) (200 𝜇g/mL), or pam3CSK (10 𝜇g/mL) in the presence or absence of AG for 24 h. Supernatants were collected and the concentrations of NO and PGE₂ in the supernatants were determined by Griess assay and EIA, respectively, as described in Section 2.
