RAW264.7 cells (1 × 106 cells/mL) or peritoneal macrophages (2 × 106 cells/mL) were treated with LPS (1 g/mL), poly(I : C) (200 g/mL), or pam3CSK (10 g/mL) in the presence or absence of AG for 24 h. Supernatants were collected and the concentrations of NO and PGE2 in the supernatants were determined by Griess assay and EIA, respectively, as described in Section 2. |
