Suppression of the mRNA expression of 3-NP-induced inflammatory mediators by KRGE preadministration. Preadministration of KRGE (250 mg/kg/day, p.o.) inhibited the mRNA expression of proinflammatory cytokines (TNF-α, IL-1β, and IL-6), iNOS, and OX-42, while increasing HO-1 expression. Graphic data were performed by real-time PCR analysis (a–f). The bands show RT-PCR data (g).
