Effects of Timosaponin AIII on MMP9 gene expression in MDA-MB-231 cells. MMP9 expression was analyzed by zymography (a) and real-time PCR (b) as described in Section 2. The results showed that that TAIII concentration dependently (10−8~10−6 M) inhibits HGF-induced MMP-9 gene expression by zymography and by real-time PCR in MDA-MB-231 cells.
