Effects of 4-HM on cyclins protein expression in PBMCs. (a) PBMC ( cells) were treated with medium, DMSO (0.1%), or 4-HM (5, 10 μM) in the presence or absence of PHA (5 μg/mL) for 72 hr. Lysates (50 μg/mL) were collected and run on a 10% SDS-PAGE gel and analyzed by immunoblotting with anti-cyclin D3, cyclin E, cyclin A or cyclin B.
