IL-2, IL-4, IFN-𝛾, and TNF-𝛼 productions in PBMCs treated with 4-HM. PBMC (2×10⁵ cells/well) were treated by 0, 1.25, 2.5, 5, and 10 μM of 4-HM with or without PHA (5 μg/mL) for 72 hr. Then the cell supernatants were collected and (a) IL-2, (b) IL-4, (c) IFN-𝛾, and  (d) TNF-𝛼concentrations were determined by ELISA.
