The inhibitory effects of LJE on nitric oxide (NO) and prostaglandin E2 (PGE2) induction by LPS. (a) NO and (b) PGE2 production. Raw264.7 cells were treated with 10, 30, or 100 μg mL−1 LJE for 1 h and continuously incubated with LPS (1 μg mL−1) for the next 24 h. NO and PGE2 concentrations in culture media were monitored, as described in Section 2.
