Raw264.7 cells were treated with 10, 30, or 100 μg mL⁻¹ LJE for 1 h and continuously incubated with LPS (1 μg mL⁻¹) for the next 24 h. NO and PGE₂ concentrations in culture media were monitored, as described in Section 2.
