Effects of AGAF on NF-κB activation were determined by luciferase assay in cultured RAW 264.7 cells. RAW 264.7 cells were treated with AGAF (50, 100, and 150 μg/mL) or a medium for 24 h. 25 μM of PDTC was pretreated on cells for 60 min and was used as a negative control.
