Effect of Porphyra dentata F2 fraction on viability of 4T1 cells. The 4T1 cells were incubated in DMEM culture containing 10% FBS and sample at indicated concentrations for 24 h and 48 h. Thereafter, the cells were subjected to MTT assay. The proliferation percentage (%) was defined as 100 multiplied by the ratio of the OD₄₉₀ value of the cells treated with sample over the OD₄₉₀ value of the control cells. Data are expressed as mean ± S.D. (𝑛=3).
