Inhibitory effect of P. dentata F2 fraction on 4T1 tumor-cell-engrafted mice. The 4T1 cells were subcutaneously engrafted (5 × 105 cells suspended in 0.1 mL of PBS) in the nipples of BALB/c female mice. The following parameters were measured: (a) body weight, (b) photo for tumor growth status, (c) primary tumor volume, (d) primarytumor mass, and (e) survival rate. The data are representative of one experiment with 6 mice in each group. Naive mice and control mice were i.p. treated with DMSO only.
