Effect of MEAH on NF-𝜅B signaling pathway in LPS-stimulated Raw264.7 cells. The cells were pretreated with 30 or 100 μg/mL MEAH for 1 h and then continuously exposed to 1 μg/mL LPS for 1 h. Total or phosphorylated I-𝜅B𝛼 in whole cell lysates (a) and nuclear NF-𝜅B (b) were assessed by immunoblotting analysis. Antibody against actin or lamin A/C was used for verifying equal protein loading of cell lysates or nuclear fractions, respectively. Data represent mean ± S.D. of three separated experiments (significant as compared with vehicle-treated control cells, **𝑃<0.01, *𝑃<0.05; significant as compared with LPS-treated cells, ^##𝑃<0.01, ^#𝑃<0.05; the expression level of each protein in control cells = 1).
