Data on primo nodes and primo vessels visualized above epicardium of rat heart. The numbers are rat numbers sacrificed for these experiments which were all successfully visualized. 𝐿 means the longest and shortest length of oval shaped primo nodes. 𝐷 and 𝑑 indicate the thickest and thinnest diameter of primo vessels visualized in each rat. The methods applied were spray or injection method.
