RWPs treatment prevents the doxorubicin-induced impaired expression levels of SKCa, IKCa, and Cx40 in the mesenteric artery. The expression levels of SKCa, IKCa, and Cx40 were determined using purified polyclonal antibodies and a fluorescence-tagged secondary antibody by confocal microscopy.
