Grape-Derived Polyphenols Prevent Doxorubicin-Induced Blunted EDH-Mediated Relaxations in the Rat Mesenteric Artery: Role of ROS and Angiotensin II

RWPs treatment prevents the doxorubicin-induced impaired expression levels of SKCa, IKCa, and Cx40 in the mesenteric artery. The expression levels of  SKCa, IKCa, and Cx40 were determined using purified polyclonal antibodies and a fluorescence-tagged secondary antibody by confocal microscopy. Left panels show representative immunofluorescent staining, and right panels show corresponding cumulative data. Results are shown as mean ± SEM of 4 different rats. indicates a significant effect versus control rats, and versus doxorubicin-treated rats.
