Okadaic acid enhances isoproterenol-induced glycerol release. Adipocytes were incubated for 2 h with isoproterenol (10 μM) or okadaic acid (1 μM) or both. Glycerol release was assayed (in triplicate) as an index of lipolysis and expressed as mg/mL of packed cell volume.
