Inhibitory effect of ellagic acid on relative [Ca²⁺]_𝑖 mobilization and phospholipase C𝛾2 (PLC𝛾2) activation in collagen-activated platelets. Washed platelets were preincubated with 50 and 80 μM ellagic acid or 0.5% DMSO, followed by the addition of 1 μg/mL collagen to trigger (a) relative [Ca²⁺]_𝑖 mobilization and (b) PLC𝛾2 phosphorylation.
