Inhibition of T. cruzi epimastigotes growth by enhydrin, uvedalin, and polymatin B. Parasites were adjusted at 1.5 × 106/mL and incubated in triplicate in the presence of 0.01 to 50 μg/mL of each compound. Parasites were cultured for 72 h, with the addition of [3H] thymidine for the last 16 h.
