After incubation of GST and CF at 37°C for 30 min with 5 mM GSH and 0.1 mM CDNB, the rate of product formation was monitored by measuring the change in absorbance at 340 nm. The 50% inhibitory concentrations (IC50) were (a) CF, 0.30 μM and (b) EA, 4.89 μM, as a positive control.
