Effects of ginsenoside Rh2 on LPS-induced IL-1α and TNF-α mRNA expressions. RAW 264.7 cells were pretreated with 60 μM ginsenoside Rh2 1 h prior to incubation of LPS (1 μg/mL) for 1, 3, and 6 h. IL-1α and TNF-α mRNA levels were determined by RT-PCR.
