MAB prevents H. pylori (Hp) CagA-induced IκB-α phosphorylation and protein ubiquitination. AGS cells were treated with MAB prior infection by Hp at MOI 100 for 24 h. (a) The cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis. The levels of IκB-α phosphorylation were determined by densitometric analysis. (b) The levels of protein ubiquitination were detected by western blot using a specific antibody to ubiquitin. Molecular mass markers (KDa) are shown on the left.
