Effects of GLY on MMP-2 and MMP-9 activities of WEHI-3 cells. Cells were treated with various concentrations (0.25, 0.5, and 1.0 mg/mL) of GLY for 24 h. MMP-2 and MMP-9 activities were determined by gelatin zymography. The activities of these proteins were subsequently quantified by densitometric analysis.
