Effects of GLY on the phosphorylation of FAK and its downstream targets Akt, ERK1/2, gelatinase of MMP-2, MMP-9, and cell-cycle-related protein Rb and p21 in WEHI-3 cells. WEHI-3 cells were incubated with several concentrations of GLY for 24 h to examine the protein expression level of p-Rb, p-FAK, MMP-2, MMP-9, p-Akt, p-ERK1/2, and p21 proteins.
